  In my blog, I will be interviewing my mom about the music he listened to when she was younger, in her  years, and what he listens to now. Malik-  How important was music to you? Mom- Music was very important to me because without music I would have not gotten through some of the hard time and days I had back then. Malik- Can you name a hit song from the past year? Mom- I really like the 90s music but I starting to like the 2000s music more as I start to hear it more. Mom response- Music has been a lifeline for me during hard times. The music speaks to my struggles and challenges, and the lyrics resonate deeply, making me feel understood and less alone.
